Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

What we are looking for

  • A Customer Success Manager to join our team in Berlin
  • An passionate professional that strives for customer satisfaction, that supports us in increasing the value for our customers and building a close long-term relationships with them 
  • A new team member with extensive experience, a passion for continuous improvement, who contributes proactively to ensure our customers fully adopt our products

What you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring our customer fully adopt our products – accompanying them in the successful use of our solutions
  • Identifying and documenting client needs and challenges
  • Creating resources that support our customers during the onboarding process and product training, and guiding them in understanding how they can benefit from our features 
  • Consulting and management of technical clients’ requirements after commercial launches
  • Responsible for looking after our customers – from onboarding through the entire lifecycle
  • Being in close contact with our Product department about commercial opportunities to extend the relationship to our customers
  • Monitoring the operational workflows from registration to set up
  • Conducting regular customer feedback and alignment sessions
  • Contributing to the product roadmap and further development of our products
  • Reflect on frequently occurring issues and analyze them with the Product team to make our products even more valuable for our users
  • Creating dashboard/reports to communicate KPIs with the senior management

Who we think fits best for the position:

  • You have experience in successfully managing customer relationships facing clients with high seniority and experience
  • You have at least 2 years of working experience in SaaS businesses. Knowledge in the field of fleet management and/or telematics services is considered a plus
  • You are solution oriented, with good organizational and time management skills
  • You are fluent in German and English; other languages are considered a plus (French, Spanish, Polish, Russian, etc)
